Refund policy

We want you to love your Antonie Yau eyewear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and protective materials intact.

  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at customerservice@anotnieyau.com with your order number to initiate a return.

  2. Carefully repackage your item and send it to:

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We do not accept returns on damaged or worn items.

  • Refunds will not be issued for returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
